Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Carriers
We ship using UPS, FedEx, or USPS, with UPS as our preferred carrier. All packages are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping (Free): 3–5 business days

• Texas Orders: Usually delivered within 1–2 business days

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. To request a cancellation, please email support@icedluxwatchshop.com immediately with the subject: “CANCEL”.

Incorrect Address Policy
If you entered the wrong or incomplete address, contact us within 24 hours. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
